Robert Noble founded Wellhouse AFC on 12th September 1976. Robert is now the current Club Secretary for Wellhouse AFC and all these years later Wellhouse AFC is proudly still continuing. Robert is responsible for all the organising of the games that Wellhouse AFC play in domestic and cup competitions. He is the link between the Club and the League and attends League meetings to represent Wellhouse AFC. Without all the hard work that is done behind the scenes by Robert then the Club would probably be no longer!

Alex is the manager of Wellhouse AFC. Alex joined our club 1998 and still a long serving and loyal manager of Wellhouse AFC. He has remained with the club through thick and thin and has continuously built a team to keep the name of Wellhouse AFC alive and kicking within the Central Scottish AFL. Alex does a lot of work for the club. Alex looks after the clubs discipline records and attends discipline meetings if called on, to represent the Club as well as representing the players. Alex deals with the match balls on match days and 'looks after' all the players by preparing them before the game starts, and ensuring water etc is at the touchline during the game. Alex also stands in for Ritchie as First Aider when Ritchie cannot attend the game. Alex collects the strips at the end of the game and delivers them to Ellen for washing and then returns them back to Stepford Road on the Monday Evening.
Washing Lady: Ellen Noble
Ellen has since 1976 given up a lot of her time to ensure that every Wellhouse AFC football strip was washed and freshened right after every game. Ellen takes great pride in this task and always ensures that there are no stains on any of our strips and that they still look as if they have just been used for the first time.
Wellhouse AFC are also proud to have had the following people associated with the Club:
Jimmy Dunn Jimmy was with the club on and off for 24 years. He was a team workers and worked very hard for the club. Unfortunately Jimmy passed away and this loss was very sore for everyone associated with Wellhouse AFC who had the pleasure of knowing Jimmy and was a big loss to the club.Wullie Mulligan Wullie joined Wellhouse AFC in 1982 and worked very hard for the club. Wullie took a lot of time in preparing the actual playing field for the team. Before the creation of Stepford Park Trust Wellhouse had to get changed in Easthall School and walk down to our football pitch. Wullie used to put up the portable goals and line the pitch. Even after the formation of the Trust Wullie, without fail, in all weathers, would line the pitch. Wullie also managed to sell probably the most totes for the Club each season and always attended every game. After 22 years service to the Wellhouse AFC Wullie decided to spend some quality time with his other half.
Harry Quinn Harry came to watch Wellhouse AFC when we played at Easthall School after about 4 months we managed to talk Harry to join our committee. When we moved to Stepford Road Park, Harry was the man who measured the parks (as he was brilliant at this skill). Unfortunately after about 6 years of being a committee member for Wellhouse AFC, Harry moved to Kilbirnie in Ayrshire.
James Smith (spider)
Spider has been with the club since 1994. He takes the players through a tough and vigorous training session and has the players gelling together on the training ground and the football park. Spider works well with Andy and together they have a great amount of respect from everyone at Wellhouse AFC.
