Scottish Cup 1st Round

Wellhouse AFC  1  V  4  bannochburn  

Wellhouse AFC were 2 goals down in 20 minutes yet again to a very good Bannockburn side in the Scottish cup 1st round. We lost the goals from set pieces. Wellhouse AFC then we came back into the game with a chance to pull one back but the Bannochburn keeper saved it.

During the second half we lost another daft goal which seemed to kill us off. However, we got a goal back through Gary when he came down the wing, cut inside the defence and hit a cracking shot from 20 yards, into the keepers bottom right hand side. Our comeback was yet dampened when we lost another bad goal to end the game with a 4-1 defeat against a very good team.
